One on One remporte le Bauhärepräis 2016

Tous les quatre ans, l'Ordre des Architectes et des Ingénieurs-conseils de Luxembourg organise le Bauhärepräis, un prix convoité qui récompense les meilleurs projets architecturaux du pays. Parmi les 317 projets présentés cette année, l'immeuble One on One a remporté le prix dans la catégorie "bâtiment à vocation administrative, lieu de travail".
Imaginée par le bureau Moreno Architecture & Associés, l'impressionnante façade de l'immeuble One on One a convaincu le jury, qui a notamment salué la "la solution urbaine proposée et sa traduction architecturale très affirmée". Regardez le clip One on One tourné pour l'occasion.
Première pierre du centre commercial Opkorn

La première pierre du centre commercial Opkorn est officiellement posée à Differdange ! Les acteurs du projet se sont rassemblés ce jeudi 12 mai sur le chantier afin de célébrer le début des travaux commencés en mars. Plus qu'une première pierre symbolique, ils ont assisté à la pose d'un prémur d'environ 5 mètres sur 3, pesant près de 5 tonnes. Cette pièce ferme le centre commercial au niveau -2, sous l'arche qui encadrera l'entrée piétonne principale.
La cérémonie s'est déroulée en présence de Francine Closener, Secrétaire d'État à l'Économie, de Roberto Traversini, Bourgmestre de Differdange, d'Eric Lux, Administrateur délégué d'Ikogest et de François Remy, Président exécutif d'Auchan Luxembourg. Chacun a rappelé son enthousiasme à voir le centre commercial Opkorn ouvrir fin 2017 à Differdange.
Work begins on Borders

Work has now begun on the Borders shopping centre in Remerschen. The centre is being built opposite the Schengen motorway exit, and from summer 2017 it will be home to a Delhaize supermarket, 20 stores and services and a restaurant with terrace.
Ikogest is co-developer of the project with its partner Luxembourg Capital.
1, 2, 3 buildings nominated for Bauhärepräis

Every 4 years, the Order of Architects and Engineers of Luxembourg (OAI) recognises those buildings that really stand out for the quality of their architecture, engineering and urban planning.
3 Ikogest projects are in the running for the Bauhärepräis 2016. One on One, 10 Charlotte and 1 boulevard Royal are all nominated in the "administrative and office buildings" category. The awards will be presented on 6 June. In 2012, the award was won by Cubus C2 and C3.
Opkorn is on its way!

Work has officially begun on the Opkorn shopping mall at Differdange. The construction equipment has now moved in and the building will start to take shape from mid-June.
The structural work will continue until the end of October under the supervision of general contractors CLE. The other works will then be completed by sub-contractors in time for the scheduled opening in late 2017. Further info on www.opkorn.lu.
Coming soon: Chaplin’s World

The international media has been buzzing with the news that Chaplin's World By Grévin will be opening its doors to the public on Sunday 17 April. There are still a few weeks to go before the grand opening, but the news is already out on the Facebook pages of Manoir de Ban and Chaplin's World.

Urban Living expo 2016

To start the year in a good way, the Urban Living exhibition is back from Friday 29 to Sunday 31 January 2016. You will be able to visit two stands Arboria and Opkorn on this occasion. On the 1st stand Arboria, sole agents Carré Immo and Dan Beck Immobilière will present you brand-new residential novelties. The Opkorn stand will allow you to find out more about the new shopping centre.
We look forward to seeing you at Oberkorn Sports Centre, on Friday 29 from 4pm to 9pm; on Saturday 30 from 2pm to 8pm and Sunday 31 from 10am to 6pm. Live music on Friday from 6pm and Sunday brunch from 11am to 2pm. Everyone is welcome!

Presentation of the Opkorn shopping centre in Differdange

This shopping centre in the Arboria area has just been officially presented. It will be called Opkorn and construction work will start in the first quarter of 2016 for its planned opening at the end of 2017.
As the delegated project manager, Ikogest is proud to lead this superb project.
With a total surface area of 33,000 m2, Opkorn will house an Auchan department store, 27 boutiques, 3 kiosks and 5 restaurants with terraces.
Come and see the project model in the Aalt Stadhaus cultural centre in Differdange, open every day except Sunday, from 10am to 6pm, on display until the 22nd of December. And visit the new website www.opkorn.lu.
One on One at Steel Construction Day 2015

On the occasion of Steel Construction Day held today at the Chambre des Métiers; Ikogest, Moreno Architecture & Associés and the INCA statistical studies office presented the One on One building to an audience of professionals.
One on One is supported by a structure totalling 260 tons of steel, making a total length of some 6 kilometres of steel girders! The building has already been the subject of an article published last August in the specialised magazine info_steel. You can view the article here (French), number 44, page 8.
Raising the curtain on One on One

Many couldn't wait to finally get a glimpse of the spectacular facades of the One on One building... Now they can! The building has been partially unveiled, while part of the scaffolding has been taken down. We'll see you at the beginning of December at number 1, Route d'Esch, to admire this architectural jewel which by then will be completely free of scaffolding.
Chaplin's World museum has its topping out in Switzerland

Ikogest, project manager of the "Chaplin's World by Grévin" project, along with its partners, 200 entrepreneurs, labourers and craftsmen celebrated the upcoming end of works today.
The new building occupying 1,700m2, which will house exhibition spaces to complement the Manoir de Ban (2,300m2), has now been delivered. The design and artistic teams will now take over to develop the visiting routes to be discovered from Spring 2016.
