Between Lausanne and Montreux, the Manoir de Ban stands in the heart of an exceptional 14 acre park, between the Lavaux vineyards, Lake Geneva and the Alpine massifs.

This is where Charlie Chaplin, the legendary cinema star, lived with his family for 25 years, from 1952 until his passing in 1977.

Our partners, which include Genii Capital, purchased the property in 2008. Following the complete renovation of the Manoir, which has regained its former glory, and the construction of a new complementary building, Chaplin's World  recounts the exceptional work and destiny of this artist. It is run by Grévin, a subsidiary of Compagnie des Alpes, a major player in the European leisure industry.
